At last, something that will make your head filled with nerdgasm! Japanese university students are developing a user facial expression program to be synchronized with an animated avatar. This program detects your facial expression and in real time it transmit the data to the avatar chosen to match your facial expression. I guess our world soon enough will be shifting to a 2 dimensional sosial networking environment. I can’t wait for this to be implemented as a commercial product.
