I am usually very picky in liking cosplayer and I keep my standards high. Because, I don’t need to see a subpar cosplay display if I can easily a better one in the original anime. So, here is a very well done cosplay featuring Saya Kisaragi with a little bit of improvement on the hair which I like it by the way. Plus, she’s carrying weapon so I’m sold.
You’ll noticed that I’ve been missing for awhile, but now I’m back. Actually this is a very late post, since I have to attend other stuffs even after I came home from AFAID, so I’m sorry for the late post.
What is AFA?
AFA stands for Anime Festival Asia which is an anime convention with Special Guest Stars and Singers from Japan. The main difference from other cons that you hear is that AFA is held mainly in South East Asia.
It was first held in Singapore at 2008. AFA was organized by Sozo and Denstu. In this first AFA they’ve managed to invited Anisong Legend Ichirou Mizuki and May’n as singers for this anime convention. AFA also invites some prominent figures in the anime production industry and does Talkshows with them to get to know more about the industry itself.
AFA 2008 was a major success and this resulted in doing another AFA for 2009 – 2011. But in 2012 they tried something new, they actually made 3 different AFAs in one year, that is done in different countries in South East Asia which is AFA Malaysia and AFA Indonesia, and will be ended again in Singapore.
I had an assignment a few days ago, My teacher told me to make a movie poster of anything i like,
And now it’s done and i wanna share it :D
One thing i’ll like to seriously highlight is , Sadaharu is a Teacup White Pomeranian and i edited in his Eyebrows~
It would be nicer if they were in Japanese, but since the Japanese character in my school isn’t really Viewable, i used English.
And since the computer there aren’t good, i can only resolve to using google to gather all my picture, so the quality isn’t that good ^ ^.
But i find this very fun and i’ll make more of it next time!! :D!

Here’s the 2nd cosplay post today, It’s gonna get Icy in here.
I wanted to make a a Super Sonica post today since my list of charaters aren’t on my current PC,
but Blue Rose came out on the news feed of mine so i proceed on with her since she’s kinda in my list too.
She’s a superhero idol by the name of Blue Rose in the anime Tiger & Bunny,
She joined the hero society to become an idol and has the power to manipulate ice.
Her cosplay can only be described by me as SEXY and making it is a pain in a butt,
even if i’m able to make it, my parents will murder me if i cosplay her haha…-sweats-
I can bet that many of her cosplayers will choose to buy her costume instead of wanting to self make it themself.
From the translucent material to her gloves and “tentacles”, If you were to ask me to make it , i would say pass straight away
More ever there’s her “PEPSI NEX” logo on both her gloves and boots is definitely not something that can be draw on by fabric paint,
it’s more of finding those shirt design printing company and the price must hurt alot.
But the difficulties adds on with her glowing ice gun and her super blueish make up.
When i was searching for cosplayers , i noticed that many of them had weird and scary make up, and only minority manage to please me, and also… most of them didn’t carry a gun but subsitute it with a Pepsi bottle… ha?

1st of , i’ll like to introduce everyone to a dear singaporean cosplay friend of mine(?), Jesuke :3
We aren’t that close so don’t go harass her > _ <!!~
Her costumes and props are fully self-made and are always of precise detail, she put lotseffort into them .
She was the one that got me serious in cosplay :)
Before i started cosplaying, I met her working in a small shop that my cosplay friends always hang out at and didn’t know she was such a great cosplay until they told me about her and ask me to check it out.
Instead of people having aims to be as great as KANAME or KIPI etc. ,she was my motivation to for cosplaying , i used to treat her more like an idol , but as time pass, i’m treating her more as a cosplay friend :) [but i'm not sure of her hahas~]
There are people telling me that she’s very cold to others because she doesn’t like people making friend with her just because of her fame, but i think those are just false rumors, she’s very very nice in person!

I have been playing Queens’ Gate Spiral Chaos[PSP] for the pass few weeks, currently going throught the story again to unlock the alternate route’s video ^ ^
And one of my favorite character is Dizzy for Guilty Gear so i when to did some research on her cosplay :D!
I took this image of her from Queen’s Gate Spiral Chaos since i really love how they drew dizzy in there ^ ^.
The sad part about her cosplay is that i cant find a nice version of her wingswhen Necro (the Grim Reaper wing) and Undine (the angel wing) appears, the only one that i managed to find was very wasted because the girl’s body paint was fading/uneven.
Apart from that i found many pleasing workmanship of her revealing costume that the cosplayers put in effort to make.
Oh and lemme nag this into you guys… Go Play QUEENS’ BLADE SPIRAL CHAOS[PSP] First and QUEENS’ GATE SPIRAL CHAOS[PSP] Afterwards!

Back to topic , its been long since i’ve made a Cosplay post, so i’ll be featuring Hagane Miku today.
I really love Hagane Miku’s chracter design although i’m not really sure myself why does she have 2 different looks.
It’s very hard to choose but i do prefer her sliver hair over her pink hair version mostly because i prefer a more detailed and darker design >.<
When i 1st saw the Silver hair version , the 1st thing that came to my mind was “PVC cloths!!!”
And the Reaction for the Pink hair one was “Tattoo!!”
Hahas…But to those cosplay who can make these costume from scratch… I really envy their tailor and resourcing skill.

I was shock that my comp couldn’t turn on this morning, at the start it works,
But after that it gave me a Yellow Screen of Death [May i ask if anyone get such thing before?]
After that it took me more then 10 tries of on and off to get my computer to work.

To me she just look like a punkish , emo girl with many different styles,
her most unique cosplay part should be her bun and multi color hair,
especially the part where you get to play around with her hair color.
Her tight fitting spider web-design latex costume are also very interesting :3

Just Remember to style up your fringe to make it a little spikey and try to carry her blade around [ She looks weird without one, and trust me , its hard to pose without it ]
