These past few weeks, all I’ve done is watch IA steadily become one of the most popular VOCALOIDs out there. And she was only released a few weeks back. It’s almost unbelievable really, how quickly everyone has accepted her. Well, at least she sounds magnificent.
This song’s called Imagination Forest, and it’s rather hard to understand. It’s quite beautiful though.
Hey guys, Night here! Happy Tuesday! Thought I might just share a new interesting anime with you.
One of the newer anime series this winter that started premiering on January 9th. Another is a strictly horror anime that details a certain high school class and the secrets that they would never dare talk about.
General Overview:
In the spring of 1998, Kouichi Sakakibara transfers to Yomiyama Kita Middle School. It doesn’t take him very long to realize that there’s something peculiar about class 3-3. Everyone’s afraid. Of who or what though, he doesn’t know.
While spending some time in the hospital for pneumothorax, Kouichi meets the mysterious but beautiful Mei Misaki, a student who is in the same class as he is. She goes to the basement, saying she must deliver something to her ‘other half’.
When Kouichi and Mei go back to school, Kouichi quickly realizes that no one seems to notice Mei, and no one seems to care about her. He asks his fellow classmates about the girl, but they tell him to stop “hanging out with something that doesn’t exist.”
Kouichi’s about to find out what happened to the class of 3-3. He’s about to find out the truth behind Mei Misaki. First though, he must survive in a world of murder and blood.
“Another” is a different sort of schoolyard horror mystery based on the original novel series.
General Reception:
As ‘Another’ has just premiered, it’s impossible to lay out defined reviews for the series. However, the general anime fandom seems rather satisfied with the series and calls it something that will always ‘keep you guessing’. Granted, the anime starts off with the usual ‘guy moves to weird little town and all these weird things start happening’ (Higurashi much, anyone?), but its Final Destination-esque feel and and brilliant artwork seems to make up for the slight cliches. It is currently ranked as an 8.15/10 on MAL and has a truly strong backing. Perhaps we’ll see this series go somewhere yet.

If you are thinking of the coolest animal that can do a perfect mimicry, it is not the chameleon. The coolest Henge no jutsu that an animal has must be the mimic octopus. The mimic octopus can alter either its body shape, body color, and even body structure as a self-defense technique. What’s impressive of this mimicry technique is that the octopus uses its sense of sight rather than touch to mimic things while in fact, it is color blind.

For anyone who isn’t familiar with Valshe, she is a Nico Nico Douga Utaite (Singer) famous for her lower range and her ability to sound like a boy-namely Len. Guess what? I’m alive. And doing well as a matter of fact. So before Souza-san and everyone else starts scolding me, maybe I need to explain myself. I have one word for you all:
School.
That place is disastrous. Finals were over in January but I’m still not picking up the ball properly with my new classes. It took me forever to adjust and my grades are still sitting at a dismal B or B+.
But I am back, and I would like to apologize to everyone for being gone for so long. I’ll do my best to make it up!
Anyways, onto today’s post. I was exploring the daily Utattemita rankings on Nico Nico Douga and found this brilliant rendition of ‘One of Repetition’ by 96猫. It’s quite impressive if I do say so myself. Found a youtube link so that everyone can watch it even if you don’t have a NND account.
I think I fell in love in this particular song. The fusion between modern and traditional music instruments really blends nicely together. I have a very high respect in this kind of song and the lyrics is just so beautiful to sing-along to.

Oh yeah, finally that multi-anime amv is back and this time it’s a really good AMV. I just love how the author slaps window errors in this AMV.
Ok, this just can’t be me but although I can’t understand what they are saying, this version of translation seems cooler for me.

Hey guys, what’s up? I know that I’m late for giving in an update post but I might as well do it now since I some little time to spare. I know that for some of you, Valentine’s day is technically today, but in my time zone (EST Canada), mine is still tomorrow. So for all of you like me, I guess this post can go for all of you guys (and the others too! Don’t feel left out!).
I know that Sylph-chan already mentioned mostly of what I had planned to say so I thank her greatly of saving me a lot of time. Anyway, this is a special song for all you people who are actually celebrating Valentine’s day, which also counts as another song request done by me as I have a friend who really likes this song. The song’s name is called Two Is Better Than One by Boys Like Girls Ft. Taylor Swift. Unfortunately, like Kazasou, I can’t really see much of a Valentine’s Day for me because I promised one of my friends that I will go cheer her on for her swimming competition tomorrow so I won’t be at school for the whole day haha. Oh well…so much for seeing secret sing-a-grams and love notes and trolling.
