Pre-Valentine’s Day Special/Song Request

Hey guys, what’s up? I know that I’m late for giving in an update post but I might as well do it now since I some little time to spare. I know that for some of you, Valentine’s day is technically today, but in my time zone (EST Canada), mine is still tomorrow. So for all of you like me, I guess this post can go for all of you guys (and the others too! Don’t feel left out!).

I know that Sylph-chan already mentioned mostly of what I had planned to say so I thank her greatly of saving me a lot of time. Anyway, this is a special song for all you people who are actually celebrating Valentine’s day, which also counts as another song request done by me as I have a friend who really likes this song. The song’s name is called Two Is Better Than One by Boys Like Girls Ft. Taylor Swift. Unfortunately, like Kazasou, I can’t really see much of a Valentine’s Day for me because I promised one of my friends that I will go cheer her on for her swimming competition tomorrow so I won’t be at school for the whole day haha. Oh well…so much for seeing secret sing-a-grams and love notes and trolling.

Song Request: Maroon 5 – Sunday Morning

Hello, how’s everyone doing so far? I shouldn’t keep this post going for too long, so just quick statements are going to be used. First off, my current situation is being in the midst of exams. I have already completed two (science and math), and I have one left (history – I hate this one because I know there’s an essay part to this). So to anyone else out there that are like me, doing their exams, I wish you all good luck.

Moving on to the topic. This is a really late song request from a close friend of mine, as I was originally planning to post this up in the morning today. Unfortunately, because of some random church event (don’t ask) that I had to go to, that took up most of my day’s time. So I’m quickly putting this down before, well, let’s just say, while I still have some time left, as I will most likely be studying like a maniac and not doing other things like this over the course of the next two days. Hey, don’t be mistaken though, remember how I mentioned awhile ago that a song request means its something that myself and another person also likes. I am a huge fan of Maroon 5 too, haha.

Beat of the Day: Gran Turismo Japanese Op – Moon Over The Castle

Man…so much things have happened ever since I last came back here. Sorry for the lateness guys, I totally forgot to come back and do some more posts – I had originally planned to post again during the weekend after my exams last week but…I don’t know, things happened, I guess.
Lately, I’ve tried to fix an old used tv in my room that I got from my parents so I guess that’s going to take up most of the time. Couldn’t summarize anymore than that.

I don’t really know what to post exactly at the moment but I guess I could just post a short video about one of my most favourite opening themes from video games of all times – Gran Turismo.

The Japanese version of Gran Turismo (GT), ever since the first one – the Psx version (Yes, I do have GT1) all the way to the newest one (GT5), the theme song has never changed since. The creators originally planned to make different themes for each game before but because of the hit popularity of the very first game’s opening, they decided to keep it as the main theme of GT since then. If anyone lives in Japan, when they hear this opening theme, they would probably know this known theme forever.

However, I dislike the  North American version of GT. Instead of keeping this iconic theme, they decided to botch it out in favour of their own hardcore American rock style, which totally sucked and received poor reviews from customers compared to the Japanese version. Not just only the main theme song, even the race music bgm of the original Japanese one changed to the own American version. I also heard that the European version was almost just as bad as well….but then again, this is just my opinion.

Well, I  think I pretty much covered most of the things. If you guys have your own opinion, well, comment on it, I guess.

Oh, before I forget, this post is also dedicated to my older brother the crazy car guy who, uhh, introduced me to this kick ass song and game.

Himitsu Keisatsu [PV]

I deeply apologize for not posting anything lately! My volunteer work is cutting the life out of me…ugh, the whole morning I spend babysitting little first graders while I have painting lessons in the afternoon. I’ll get back into the regular routine soon, so be ready for that! In the meantime, here’s Himitsu Keisatsu for you guys! Beat of the Day “We Could Happen…” – AJ Rafael

Sorry I haven’t been absent from TRT for a little while but I have been busy wrapping up things here at school. Interesting note, I graduate on Friday which also happens to be my birthday! What a coincidence! So within the next few posts, I will be fully a college student and not a high school student anymore! Heck yes!

Anyways, the song is titled “We Could Happen…” by AJ Rafael. I am pretty sure very few people have heard of him but he is pretty darn good at singing. I like this style of music, and it just gives me a extra boost to my day. I found it surfing Youtube during the late night hours when I couldn’t sleep and have been singing it all day. Its strangely addictive so if you find yourself humming it later on, I have warned you. Alright TRT, enjoy the beat of the day today!

Oh, and the second half of the video is kind of a blooper reel of sorts so you don’t have to watch it all. But at least listen to the song.

Anime Music Video: Eureka 7 – Birthday Song

Celebrating one of the greatest anime couple ever made, I decided to make another anime music video which is originate from the Eureka 7 movie. Previously, I also made an anime best couple nomination which  are Nagisa and Okazaki from Clannad. Now, it’s time for another one and they are Eureka and Renton.

It’s cute how the anime develops into a marvelous OVA. I mean, from the start we know that Renton is a coward guy, accompany with the ever yet tsundere girl, Eureka. Usually, I’m not into Mecha series, however the characters give me an exciting chills (plus, no bi-shounen).

Every episode, we can see a character development and romance development between Eureka and Renton. And to top it off, the movie is the ultimate masterpiece of there romance insignia. So, there it is. My motivation to create such a music video out of these two lovers. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I do.

Beat of The Day: Joint by Anporin

Yep, it’s another remix version of the first opening of Shakugan no Shana Second Season, “Joint”. This time the singer is Anporin with a little of fast beat remix which makes this originally cool song even cooler.

I like the fast tempo on this track with a little bit of piano playing. It’s like hearing a cool song out from an opera concert but there is a DJ there (Haha, if you get I’m talking about that is).

Anyway, all this talk about this cool song makes me want to watch Shakugan no Shana (Yes, laugh at my lazyness of watching such a great show). And believe me guys, I haven’t even watch the first season (Damn, what am I doing all this time? Playing Card?).

By the way, I’ve just started playing point blank and boy that game is addictive (It’s like when the Counter Strike era all over again). Anyway, I’m getting off topic here. So, enjoy the song guys (If you like it that is^^).

Beat of The Day: Dango Daikazoku by J Asami

If you’re wondering that Dango Daikazoku was sung by Chata, this song is the remix of the original sweet song. Well, I got to say that the original song is rather sweet with the soft jingle. However, the remix version from J Asami made it a little more groovy without losing its sweetness.

Of course, Dango Daikazoku is one of the ending songs of ever popular anime, Clannad ~After Story~. The song if my memories preserves me correctly is sung by Nagisa to her child when she want to calm her down.

Well, to sum it up, the song is great, brought by a magnificent anime series, and now the remix of the song by J Asami makes the song alternatively better. Enjoy guys!
