This one was made by the lovely Layra. This one has to be one of my all time favorite videos, mainly because the clips actual MATCH the lyrics. Perfectly!! I have not actually seen Umineko yet, but i’m working on it. I just finished watching Higurashi season 1, and downloaded the episodes for Kai. The song is the ever famous Vocaloid, yet not Vocaloid, song “Alice of Human Sacrifice”  And, unless you can understand Japanese, make sure to have subtitles on, or the video wont make any sense.

Well, I’m off to summer camp, so I wont be able to post untill next Monday-ish. See ya then!!

Artbook : Starry☆Sky

I’ve manage to download quite a ton of artbook these few weeks and i’ve been wanting to share all of them with you. [ Bit by Bit ]
Since i still don’t know how to use the mirror site so i’ll just stick to mediafire :X

This game is an otome game and the guys are follow after one horoscope each ^ ^
Althought they have already made and release the anime , i still prefer the game itself.
Total there are for parts of Starry☆Sky, Spring , Summer , Autumn & Winter , Each featuring 3 boys
Till now i’ve only manage to down 2 of the PSP version but it’s still nice ^ ^

Suzuya Tohzuki is voiced by Daisuke Ono( He’s one of the best Voice Actor , and also Sebastian Michaelis Voice Actor)

Although there are only 12 horoscope and only 12 guys appeared in the game.
There’s a Special character 13th by the name of  Shiki Kagurazaka that appeared in a special CD.

Anime Summer 2010 Review

So it’s already summer 2010 and it’s time for my pick on the new anime to watch. I got to say that I’m very excited in this upcoming anime titles although it still lack of action genre anime. Two OVAs that I will be anticipating would be Kurenai and Black Lagoon. It was a stall end for Kurenai and I would hope that this OVA will be a blast. As of Black Lagoon, what more do you want me to say? I would love to see a bunch of girls with big guns.

As of TV series, I’ve already saw Ookami-san and High School Of The Dead. Ookami-san has a potential romance comedy which from the first episode made me interested in watching the whole show. Also, the narrator for this anime seems cynical which give the anime a rather funny atmosphere.

High School of The Dead is like a combination of Zombie and big-boobed women. It kinda give you a wind of change in the typical torn-shirt action anime (such as Ikkitousen) to a more blood & gore horror genre. I watched this show and have a mixed feeling of gory amazement and turned up by all the pantyshot scenes.

I will be predicting that the next interesting anime will be either Shiki or Nurarihyon no Mugo. But feel free to add inputs since I’m not to detail in research (a bit lazy I guess would be more appropriate). On the other hand, I thought Mitsudomoe would be like Hidamari Sketch or Kodomo no Jikan. However, the show proofs to be worth-watched as there are a lot of slapstick jokes with blood spraying all over the place. So I guess, it’s a watchable lolicon anime (haha).

Lastly, the must-watched anime for this season would be Strike Witches 2 which offer flying pantsu girl carrying big gun. I would really love if we have a little more mature episodes but I guess that would be impossible regarding the director’s quote on focusing on the fan service scenes in this very season of Strike Witches.

So, there it is, you guys, my plan for this season’s anime. Any inputs would be most welcome…

Beat of The Day: Blind Summer Fish by Maaya Sakamoto

Just bought a Maaya Sakamoto’s new album, “Everywhere”, and I got to tell you that it got many awesome tune in it. Not the type of album you want to hear if you are looking for up tempo groove song. However, if you are looking for a good easy listening tune for your evening break, then this album is right for you.

One of those great tune is “Blind Summer Fish”. I like the rhythm of this easy listening song and it very much suitable for my evening break song choice (As I hit the hay for a quick evening nap^^).

An objectionable thing about this music is the title itself. Why use Blind Summer Fish for a gentle romantic song? I can’t visualize that metaphor to the rhyme of the song. Oh well, I hope I will get a good PV if there’s any (also if the director could portray perfectly the meaning of the song in the PV).

Anyway, I think you will love this gentle tune for your listening material. I guess I’m going to my IELTS course to prepare the incoming IELTS test next week. Wish me luck, guys.

Anime Summer List 2009

summer09animeIt’s a little bit late, but what the hell I post it anyway. Since it’s a new season where as it would be summer season’s anime, I thought I would post a list of animes that will be broadcasted during the summer period.

Okay, first thing in the dock is Zan Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei. What else should I say about this anime? Hilarious, intelligent, and twisted themes all packed in this hilarious comedy show. After watching the first season, Zoku, and Goku, I have a high hope for the sequel and it didn’t fail me one bit. It still a never-ending comedy anime with well-crafted hiperbolic reality exaggeration theme. So, make sure you watch this anime if you are a fan of intelligent comedy.

Next, keep an eye on two mytery theme animes. Umineko naku no koro ni and Bakemonogatari are the next shows for you, horror lovers. Well, Umineko naku no koro ni is a bit like Higurashi naku no koro ni except it’s a completely different story with different characters. The element of innocent child playing murderly intent character is still there, though. On the other hand, Bakemonogatari is a kind of grotesque horror flick, telling about humans who posses unnatural powers such as immortality. Bakemonogatari is a kind more of action genre with mystery theme combined, so I guess it will be a kind of fun wathing the show (Haven’t seen it yet, though).

Then, of course you have to watch Hetalia Axis Power 2. If you don’t know this anime, it’s about the World War but a retelling in a kind of comedic theme in it. I enjoyed the first season and it was hilarious. So, you might want to grab this anime when it started the broadcast. Also, keep an eye on Spice and Wolf II for you who fancy a slice of life and romance theme anime.

Last but not least, don’t miss Canaan. If you like Fate/ Stay Night, Shingetsutan  Tsukihime, & Kara no Kyoukai – Canaan is your next anime to watch. Canaan comes from the same production house as this animes, Type-Moon, so if you are a fan of their work, you might want to watch Canaan.

I think that’s the anime that I will be watching for this summer and I will update you with reviews once I have watched the anime. In the meantime, enjoy your summer time guys! I’m going to Bali on the 18th.
