Avatar — The Pinnacle Of 3D Graphic Animation Starts Here

To tell you the truth, I was not excited when the first trailer came up in the screen. Another Starship Trooper movie theme? I guess that’s not in my repertoire to watch this kind of movie. So, I was skeptical when I go to the cinema watching this movie and keep my expectation low.

And boy was I wrong. This movie is the revolution of the past 3D graphic animation movie I’ve ever seen. I was sure enough that Final Fantasy 7: Advent Children was the best 3D graphic animation movie, but Avatar now has replaced it to be the best 3D graphic animation movie I’ve ever seen.

The best thing about Avatar is the environment which the story is put on. I believe the planet is called Pandora and the landscape just blew my mind away. From the jungle to the floating mountain, I guess I’ve never see a terrain so detail-animated before. It is almost believable that I was actually drawn to the landscape in amazement. The night life of this planet is also very spectacular with its colorful jungle and this movie will offer you more and more spectacular graphic scene you have ever seen.

The facial expression of the characters is also drawn very detail. I got the happiness, sadness, and anger well-enough to make me think this is not a 3D graphic animation. The movie is worth-watching every second, so you can be assured there will be no boring scene. I guess spending 500 million dollars and 4 years of making this movie are worth of investment.

  1. I watched it in 3D too! It was truly an amazing movie, wasn’t it? ^.^ Though people were thinking I was too young to watch it, because it is pretty violent at some points.

  2. I just saw it. The movie was so beautiful that my eyes were in pain after it ended and I had to look at the real world again.
